TRIBUTE : TARA PALMER TOMKINSON .. 1971 - 2017
It was a sad announcement today with the news that Joan's friend the model & socialite Tara Palmer Tomkinson had died after a short battle with a brain tumour.. Here are some photos featuring Tara at some of Joan's events..
